What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?

I am proud anytime I can present good news to a client. I recently negotiated a 285 unit Apartment Building where initially the Town made an offer of little to no reductions yet through aggressively pursuing the case before the Court I was able to obtain significant tax refunds and a favorable reduction going forward.

What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?

I was recently nominated to the boards of both the Long Island Real Estate Group and the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association. I am honored to sit amongst the other members of both boards and am continuously impressed by their accomplishments.

Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why?

Even prior to joining Cronin & Cronin Law Firm, my father has been a huge influence in my professional life. His ability to see the big picture when taking on what would otherwise seem overwhelming is a skill which I apply daily; especially in our practice where we are handling numerous complex cases on a daily basis.

What is the first thing you do when you arrive in the office in the morning?

I take the train from the city in the morning so I spend the ride going through emails and reading the news. Once at my desk I respond to any client messages before diving into my day.
