What was your first job and what did you learn from it?
My first full time job after graduating college was assistant to the finance director at the NRCC in Washington, D.C. It was a high pressure environment that provided a lot of life lessons, but most importantly I learned the importance of working with a team of people you trust and respect in order to tackle difficult tasks.

What are you doing differently in 2014 that has had a positive impact on your career?
I have become more involved with women’s real estate groups. There are so many intelligent and inspiring women involved in commercial real estate in New York that I had not met through other organizations. These women have provided invaluable insight and perspective on the real estate industry, as well as great friendships.
